THE "Fédération des Jeunes Dirigeants"
Created in 1977, the purpose of the "Fédération des Jeunes Dirigeants d’Entreprise de Luxembourg" (Luxembourg Federation of Young Business Leaders) is to contribute by any means to facilitating and strengthening the effective conduct of business leadership in the economic and social fields.

The various activities of the FJD are aimed at promoting entrepreneurial spirit in Luxembourg, contributing to the establishment of a favourable environment for economic activity in general and supporting exchanges of views and interaction among its members. The Federation maintains regular contact with the political and socio-economic worlds and invites political decision-makers to discussion forums.

The FJD currently has over 220 active members and 330 former members having exceeded the 45-year age limit. They meet regularly at working groups, dinner debates, company visits, conferences or study tours. The federation is proud to welcome a growing number of members born outside Luxembourg and organizes several events each year in French or English. Major events are typically accompanied by translation into a second language.

Members of the FJD serve in management and decision-making roles in companies based in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and are representative of Luxembourg's economic structure.
